Printable Meal Planner
Take the decision making out of dinner time with our printable meal planner. We know. The stare-at-the-fridge struggle is real. When you've had a long day, the last thing you want to do is make decisions about dinner.
With our print-at-home meal planner, you'll feel on top of meal planning. Print it out as often as you need it (so no feeling guilty if you skip a week), tape it to the fridge, tear along the centre and take your shopping list to the supermarket. Yep, it's a goodie.
Why meal plan?
There are a lot of benefits to meal planning, but here are a few of our favourites: it saves you time, it saves you money and it saves you from yourself in the biscuit aisle. What's that saying? Fail to plan. Plan to fail. We maybe wouldn't go that far, but falling off the to meal planning wagon does often lead to not-so-healthy choices and a not-so-healthy bank account.
What does it look like?
Our printable meal planner has:
- Daily spaces for breakfast, lunch & dinner
- 'Recipes to try' box to note down new meal ideas
- Shopping list divided into categories
Don't forget to include meals you like
Bonus treat: we've included our printable 'Put Yourself First' poster with your download, because getting organised with meal planning also means planning meals that you enjoy.
Printable meal planner - digital download
Our printable meal planner is a digital product. As soon as you purchase it you'll get a link to download it and you'll receive an email link too. The meal planner is in PDF format and should be printed in A4. It can be printed in grayscale, but your 'Put Yourself First' poster should be printed in full colour. The first page of your PDF gives you detailed instructions on how to print your planner out.
